##Neighborhood

Nestled to the west of the famous Cap d'Antibes, the seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins reflects the gentle atmosphere of the Riviera. This small, popular town on the Côte d'Azur is home to many luxurious homes: the palaces, villas and luxury hotels face the Mediterranean and gardens emitting delicious Provençal scents. We can still see what this immense pine forest could have been, bordering fine sandy beaches, before transforming into a mythical seaside town frequented by the artistic elite over the ages. Today you can still enjoy its beautiful golden sand beaches or the privacy of its charming little coves. It is obviously appropriate to immerse yourself in the Juan frenzy: nightclubs, casinos and nightlife shops make it a paradise for night owls flocking to the bars located by the sea.

Good place to relax

Clean and cozy apartment for rest. air conditioners save from summer heat. not far from the beach. you should be prepared for the fact that the keys are in another place. if you are not by car, then be prepared to go for the keys. if you are by car, then be prepared for the fact that it is very difficult to find a place to park the car. perhaps the only minus of the apartment is the disgusting Internet.

Appartement in zentraler Lage mit Mängeln bei Hygiene und Ausstattung

Gut waren die kurzen Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und ins Zentrum. FEWO sollte darauf hinweisen, dass der an die Buchung anschließende Prozess inkl. Zahlung über eine französische Immobilienagentur vor Ort läuft. U.a. ist auch vorgesehen, dort (und nicht am Standort des Appartements) den Schlüssel abzuholen. Wer wie wir mit dem Flugzeug und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreist, muss einen Umweg in Kauf nehmen. Die Mitarbeiterin der Agentur war aber sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Appartement selbst liegt in einem älteren Mehrfamilienhaus und hatte einige Mängel. Einrichtung größtenteils ältere IKEA-Möbel. Es fehlte die Glaskanne zur Kaffeemaschine. Der Wasserkocher und die Töpfe wiesen sämtlich starke Verkalkungen auf und waren nur eingeschränkt verwendbar. Das durch uns benutzte Geschirr haben wir vor Gebrauch abwaschen müssen. Der Warmwasserboiler im Bad war bei Anreise aus, d.h. am Anreisetag stand kein warmes Wasser zur Verfügung, da das Aufheizen mehrere Stunden dauert. Eine Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer und eine auf dem Balkon funktionierten nicht. Eine Sicherung war rausgesprungen, d.h. evtl. gab es vor Anreise einen Kurzschluss mit Folgeschäden. Schöner Rundumblick vom Balkon (7.Stock, Endetage). Sehr enger, kleiner Fahrstuhl. Für Menschen mit Platzangst oder sperrigem Gepäck könnte das ein Problem sein. Haben uns mit den Gegebenheiten aber arrangiert und den Urlaub insgesamt genossen. Abends viele gute Möglichkeiten im Ort zum Essen gehen.
