Spacious house (250 m2), not overlooked, bright, set in over 5000 m2 of land on the southern slopes of Toulouse. Modern kitchen with central island, dining room with large dining table, large living room with open fireplace, small sitting room, televisions, board games...
Large swimming pool (13m x 6.7m) with fully retractable sliding cover (in use from May to October), trampoline, hammock, table tennis table, large semi-sheltered terrace with barbecue/plancha.
Numerous walks and cycle rides. 15 minutes from the centre of Toulouse by car, 15 minutes from the Ramonville metro station, canoeing on the Garonne...
Our cat is very friendly but shy and will need to be fed (kibble available), unless you prefer someone to come round.

Great stay overall

Great location near to Toulouse with lots of things to do and see. Lovely kitchen with everything we needed and the large larder was appreciated. Amazing pool which was deep enough for diving. Unfortunately, the 6th bedroom was in the attic via a ladder and not suitable for our group, so we had to manage with 5 bedrooms. We also expected there to be more toilets; only two. Garden was steeply sloped so we couldn’t easily use it for playing games/subathing. Great stay overall.

Très belle maison entourée de verdure avec une piscine superbe, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à 2 pas de la ville rose.

De bonnes retrouvailles entre amis dans une grande maison !!

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable pour nous retrouver entre amis dans cette grande maison, très spacieuse pour le nouvel an. La maison s’y prêtait bien pour le nombre que nous étions. Le jardin est grand, et avec un temps ensoleillé et chaud, nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse ! Le salon est cosy et la cuisine avec sa jolie vue sur le jardin est suffisamment spacieuse pour cuisiner et être ensemble. Les propriétaires sont très aimables, à l’écoute et facilement joignables. Nous reviendrons !
