Apartment C2. 3 rooms approx. 35m2 with terrace 18m2. Groundfloor. Exposure South West. Close to swimming pool. Parking space. Living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC. MAXIMUM ARRIVAL TIME 18H.
SLEEPING FACILITIES: 4 people max.1st BEDROOM: 140cm bed.2nd Bedroom: 90cm and 120cm bunk beds.
KITCHEN: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, 3 ceramic plates hob, dishwasher, washing machine.
SANITARY: bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. TV. Sun store.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the owners of the residency and is normally open from June to 30.09 according to weather.
Deposit 250 eruos plus 50 eruos returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to max 8 p.m. reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 eruos agreed in writing.
Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families.
