Carolina Reef Unit 107 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath OCEANFRONT condo located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach.. This condo is located on the 1st floor (not ground floor) and conveniently located close to all the wonderful things to see and do in the area! No long walks to the beach; you are on it. Enjoy the ocean view from the porch overlooking the sand dunes and enjoy the constant lulling sound of the waves and seagulls.

Carolina Reef 107 was remodeled in 2020 and has an oceanfront living/dining area, a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV and Samsung Smart TVs in each bedroom Cable/ Wi-Fi. This North Myrtle Beach condo rental has a small kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, and utensils for preparing a full meal or a snack.

Carolina Reef 107 has a king bed in the oceanfront bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom and again both have Samsung Smart TVs. The two bathrooms have a tub and shower combination. This is a Smoke Free Unit and owners pride themselves on cleanliness of unit. There is a "pay per use" laundry facility located on site for your convenience. Carolina Reef has on-site parking, an elevator, and an oceanfront outdoor pool and grilling area. This property does not allow pets. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the parking lot across the street only. Families only. No students or student groups.

Carolina Reef is conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Just a few minutes away are the popular tourists' favorites of Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Enjoy dining at your favorite restaurant or try a new unique meal at one of the many that will soon be on that favorites list. We recommend BUOYS on the BOULEVARD or BENITO'S BRICK OVEN & MOLLY DARCY'S IRISH PUB. Shop at some of the unique shops to pick up a great beach souvenir. Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, and Pirates Voyage are ready to entertain your entire family! Visit WonderWorks, Broadway Grand Prix, Alligator Adventure, Ripley's Aquarium, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and more! Golf enthusiast should book a tee time at one of the hundred prestigious golf courses on the Grand Strand. Deep sea fish, parasail, or just stroll along the coastline of the Atlantic. Everything you do could be a vacation adventure!

Nice location, so close to beach!

We enjoyed our stay! The beach was just a quick walk from the condo, it was pretty quiet (construction started on the building next to the condo), and everyone was very friendly!

Great place to stay!

We were outside a ton and barely in the condo—it’s perfect if you don’t plant to cook a lot or be inside a ton because the kitchen is small. It’s a great place close to the beach and easy to go to and from.

Perfect

We had the best time at this property. We will definitely be back. Everything needed was there. I was especially impressed with how stocked the kitchen was. Check in was earlier than stated and property management was great.

The condo was dirty. We found previous renter’s trash, popcorn in the pull out sofa and saw several cockroaches.

Cute property

Minor issues: no bathroom door in the master bedroom was a little odd, sliding glass doors to balcony from master had a note that it was broken but looked as if note was old & had time for repairs, could never get A/C to lower to comfortable temp. Overall we really enjoyed this property, it met all of our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

The location was perfect but the floors were very dirty and the mop provided was a very dirty sponge mop. When my 11 month old would crawl on the floor his legs and feet would get black. The drain was clogged in the master bath which my husband unclogged. Other than those two things our stay was great.

Descent place to stay

Overall we were satisfied with the property, but it had a few issues. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is way too small and the previous renters left dirty dishes in the cabinets. The master toilet did not want to flush very well. The patio door was extremely hard to open and close. I don’t think an older person or a child would be able to get it closed at all. It catches (about 6 inches) before you get to the latch.

The property was everything they advertised in the app. The view was incredible!!!

This was my first time using this service. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. From the condo appearance and cleanliness. To the location of the property and how everything was only minutes away. I would definitely recommend this app and the location. Will be returning soon in the near future.

Location of condo is great! Condo was clean is a good deal for the price.

Recommend building maintenance check a/c vents. We kept hearing a noise in vents at night as if a bird or some other critter was stuck inside. Very annoying while trying to sleep at night.

Great location great view

Accurate listing. Had trouble with cleanliness of the unit, but the company was quick to correct the situation. Unit was hot in the bedrooms. No door on the master bedroom bathroom. Was inconvenient & was not warned of this. I would try & use this company again.

As someone traveling from out of town, without a car, it was unnecessary to pay a cab to take us to the rental office to get a “check in package”. The convenience of the push button entrance was wonderful! Just felt the code could’ve been relayed to expedite my check in process.

Any enjoyable stay in North Myrtle!

Property was very nice for the most part. We could feel sand on the floors, but otherwise it was clean. There were only 2 pillows per bed and no linens for the sofa sleeper, however, we contacted the Property Management and they brought them quickly. Our only small complaint was at the pool where the hot tub had an extremely loud buzzing noise. There is also a wall at the pool so you cannot see the beach from the pool which would have been a plus. Beach access is very close, and we had an excellent view of the ocean on the balcony. This unit is on the 1st floor on the corner. Several places to shop and eat within a half mile. Overall a great stay.

Great location, a quirk or two

Location was great. Property management was super. Property could use an upgrade. There is no door to to the bathroom in the king room.
