Come and discover this magnificent exceptional loft just 5 minutes' walk from the city center. This former industrial bakery has been transformed into a unique place with large spaces, a swimming pool and all the comforts to accommodate a large group of up to 11 people.

The loft includes:
A huge semi-covered terrace with a large swimming pool and many armchairs / deckchairs for lounging. You will also find a barbecue as well as tables outside to enjoy your meals in the sun.

Inside, you will find a large living room with a view of the outside thanks to its large bay windows, a fully equipped American kitchen opening onto the terrace.
5 large bedrooms decorated with care and each with their own private bathroom.

On site, you will have wifi access and 2 parking spaces.
