It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room with a working fireplace (insert), an open, fully-equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 400 m². Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood provided), sofas and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a shower room and wc.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a shower room.
- Separate WC.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A spa pool (3.90m x 3m) for 4 to 5 people, open from 15 April to 30 October.
- A sauna for 3 people, open from 15 April to 15 October.
- A terrace and a garden of 450 m², facing south, completely enclosed by a fence, with an outdoor shower and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Sibiril, in a very pleasant environment and about 100 meters from the beaches and the small fishing port. You will be near all the essential stores but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Whether you are a nature lover or a water sports enthusiast, this place will make you happy! Stroll along the customs path (GR 34) or enjoy a sunny day on one of the beautiful beaches of the region...
You will be able to fully enjoy aquatic activities such as surfing, paddle, kayak, catamaran, windsurfing but also the thalassotherapy center in Roscoff which is about 20 minutes from the accommodation.
In summer, you will enjoy a large number of local festivals such as the literary festival (in May), port festival, sea festival, the world championship of spitting winkles...

Transportation:
- You will be able to park 3 cars (city type) directly on the private parking of the house.
- The nearest train station is in Saint-Pol de Léon at 10 kms (about 13 minutes).
- The nearest airport is in Brest at 51 kms (about 41 minutes).

Other remarks :
- The accommodation is partially accessible. As the first floor is being renovated, you will not be able to access it.
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wifi available. However, wifi in rural areas can cause connection problems that are beyond our control.
- The fireplace is functional (wood provided).
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Accommodation less than 200 m from the beach
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility, or optional on request for a supplement of €120 to be paid on site. Please inform the manager at least 24 hours before your departure.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- Ty Gard Thalvis accommodation can be rented at the same time, subject to availability (please ask for details).
