Whether it’s one night or a hundred nights, live the New Orleans experience! Our newly renovated and artfully decorated townhome is in the PERFECT LOCATION to visit the Crescent City. We are located on historic St. Charles Avenue and perfectly centered for convenient access to all the BIG EASY has to offer. If you choose to drive, no worries, parking is provided at the rear entrance of the house. The Trolley stop is two skips away for a short ride to the French Quarter or Audubon Park / Zoo and historic shopping, museums, world famous restaurants, the Convention Center and Warehouse District are a short stroll.

Our home is a two story historic building with a 1 bedroom 1 bath upstairs and a 2 bedroom 1 bath downstairs. We have recently renovated the downstairs to incorporate (2 bedrooms / 1 bath / living area / kitchen and dining area / laundry) and the upstairs (1 bedroom / 1 bath / living dining area / balcony over St. Charles Ave. / kitchen with laundry).

Hi! I am a native of Mississippi and lived in New Orleans from 1984 until 1997 and LOVED it !! My husband and I have 3 boys and we live back in our hometown of Ocean Springs, MS.

Why Celeste O'Keefe chose New Orleans

We wanted a house easily accessible to the BEAUTY of Uptown and the FUN/Excitement of Downtown along with the ambience of a New Orleans home. We also wanted to be able to use the WONDERFUL streetcar and it is right outside our door! Additionally, it was important to have Parking and we were so lucky to find a place with 6 spots! We also were impressed with the selection of fabulous restaurants within walking distance of the house such as Emeril's !

What makes this house unique

It has brick walls and floors, two fireplaces, a BALCONY on the Avenue which is impossible to find a place to rent with one! The beautiful hardwood floors and 12' ceilings bring the true feeling of New Orleans yet it feels like home!

Balcony that overlooks Historic St Charles Avenue **NOW FEATURING TWO UNITS!!!!! One upstairs unit that is 1BR/1BA with a king bed + queen sofa sleeper. Along with a new 2br/1ba downstairs unit with a queen bed and a double bed + a twin convertable bed. An inflatable mattress with sheets is available for $15 each a night.

Nice, convenient place to stay

The property was great. From the outside it doesn't look like much but the inside is homey and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the plates, bowls, pots, and pans that we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep - we had 9 people and booked both the upstairs and downstairs. The property is within walking distance to the St. Charles street car and right off the highway which was really convenient. It also isn't in the middle of town so there wasn't a lot of noise. Management was very accommodating with letting us check in early. The only issue we had was with the outlets - plugs kept falling out of some of the outlets. Other than that everything was great. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great location and worked great for our group

We really liked the location in relation to the conference center and Superdome. The neighborhood wasn't the best we saw on our walks, but we never felt unsafe and we've definitely stayed in worse haha. The place worked great for our needs and had plenty of space. Though we weren't there that much, we really enjoyed our stay.

21st BIrthday Celebration

The home was wonderful. Plenty of space for the 8 women and 2 men we had on this trip. We loved the access to the trolley and the wonderful restaurants so close to the house. Mr. Ed's Seafood was great! We look forward to renting in the future. Thank you for having us!

Best place ever

We loved this place. Stayed here for my daughter's wedding, renting the top and bottom. Well situated, trolley line is right out the front door, good places to eat right down the street. Waking distance to the French Quarter (about a mile). The owner was available for any questions. Comfortable. Clean. Would definitely stay here again. Great price.

Great location, perfect for large group that needs a place to meet up between outings.

Fabulous location being right on the street car line. Granted there is noise that comes with this but the units come with white noise sound machines and ear plugs that can get you thru if you are sensitive to noise when you sleep.

We had a large group, rented both units. It made it easy to meet up during the day, each person could do their own thing due to centralized location between French Quarter and Garden District.

Beds were comfortable, we even utilized the blow up mattresses that were comfy as well.

The washing machine and dryer in the units was a big bonus to keep towels and fresh for the 4 days we were there.

Would definitely stay here again with group. If I was on my own, I would want the top unit for the balcony, loved the balcony!!

If you must cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately. If cancelled prior to 90 days you will only be charge a 15% Cancellation Fee. If cancelled between 90 -61 days prior to arrival date you will be charge for a 1 night stay + 15% Cancellation Fee. If cancelled any time after day 61 prior to your arrival you will be charge for the full reservation, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If the property is rented, the Tenant is relieved of the financial obligation and a refund will be made for the full rent minus a cancellation fee of 15%. If the property is not rented, the Tenant is obligated to pay the rent for the dates reserved in this contract. If you decide rebook your cancelled reservation with the same amount of nights or more there will be a rental change fee of 10% instead of the cancellation fee of 15%.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
