Main living room (3.22x3.25) with cupboard, TV, sofa and coffee table. Kitchen area: fridge with freezer section, 2-burner induction hob, electric oven and microwave. The living room opens onto a partly covered terrace (2.29x2.63): garden table, deckchairs and electric plancha.
Cabin area (2.11x1.57) closed by an accordion door: 1 bed 140.
Bathroom: basin, bathtub, WV and washing machine.
Private parking on the ground floor of the residence.
This apartment is perfect for a couple. The location is very nice. The pedestrian street is in the immediate vicinity of all the shops. Possibility of going quickly to the beach by the cycle paths or the shuttle. This apartment can be rented at all times of the year: provide heating package. Household linen is not included in rentals. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
