The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, this charming house of a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accommodate to 6 travelers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 35 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of about 100 m². We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 35 m² living room with TV, corner sofa, pellet stove (pellets not provided) and dining area.
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A shower room with shower
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed
- Bedroom 2: a double bed and a single bed
- Bedroom 3: a single bed
- A shower room with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 100 m², enclosed by a gate, facing east-west.
- A wooden terrace of 15 m², located behind the house, facing west with table and 6 outdoor chairs and a parasol to enjoy the sunny days.
- A small wooden terrace in front of the house of about 10 m², facing east.
- A garage equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. A table football and a dart board are available.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, less than 2 kilometres from the beaches. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, market, etc. within a 15-minute walk.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the house's private outdoor car park which can accommodate one vehicle. There is no possibility of parking in the garage.

- Nearest train station: Saint Malo station at 15.4 km (about 20 minutes)
- Shuttle bus Saint-Briac-sur-Mer / Saint-Malo station all year round
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit Dinard airport at 7.8 km (10 minutes approx.)
