Large air-conditioned and newly renovated studio apartment, located in the Héliopolis residence, building C, on the 2nd floor.
Balcony with garden furniture. View on the inside.
Large living room with a 160x200cm bed, a sofa, a large flat screen TV, internet.
Beautiful fully equipped kitchen: large fridge/freezer, two burner induction hob, dishwasher and combined microwave oven.

Entrance hall: A big dressing and a cupboard with a washing machine and a safe.
Bathroom: spacious shower, washbasin and hairdryer. Separate WC.

Access to a numbered car park with remote control.
