Private: property 2'300 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 30.Nov.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 450 m, pebble beach 17 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

Upper floor: 3 rooms 18 m2, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 3 rooms 18 m2, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Ihana talo suuremmallekin porukalle!

Seurueeseemme kuului 16 perheenjäsentä, nuorin 10 vuotias ja vanhin 77 vuotias. Talo sopi hyvin loma-asunnoksemme, keittiö tosin on hieman alimitoitettu ison porukan ruoanlaittoa ajatellen, ja jääkaappi voisi olla täysiso. Allasalue oli oikein mukava, kaikenikäiset lapsemme viihtyivät altaassa koko viikon. Ulkona oleva ruokailutila oli myös mukava, ja ihana, että oli varjossa.

Die Matratzen waren teilweise durchgelegen. Küchenutensielien \Geschirr fehlten zum Teil. Polstermöbel im Wohnzimmer schon sehr abgenutzt.

La struttura è stata decisamente superiore alle aspettative: ottimamente rifinita, dotata di ogni comfort e necessità, con ampi e funzionali spazi per la socializzazione, lo svago ed il relax. Ottima e squisita anche l'accoglienza e il supporto da parte dei gestori.

Schöne Klassenfahrt!

Ein sehr schönes großes Haus in ruhiger abgelegener Lage. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Städte Istriens sind leicht zu erreichen. Alles was sehr sauber. Lediglich das WLAN ist unbrauchbar.
