SLEEPING FACILITIES: 4 people max. 1st BEDROOM: 140cm bed. 2nd BEDROOM: bed superposée each 90 cm. MAXIMUM ARRIVAL TIME 18H
KITCHEN: open to living room and terrace, Fridge-freezer, microwave/oven, 2- plates ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher.
SANITARY: bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. TV. Store, AC
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership of the residency and is normally open from 15/06 to 30/09, according to the meteo.
Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. maximum reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing.
Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families.
