The property is set in the 15th district, on the outskirts of Central Paris. The apartment is near Javel - André Citroën Metro Station (connected to Line 10) and is close to the banks of the Seine River. Parc André Citroën, a former Citroën factory regentrified into a large public park, is also nearby and is an excellent place to take long scenic walks and marvel at the spirit of human ingenuity.

The living room invokes a strong sense of nostalgia with an eclectic mix of vintage furniture with modern conveniences: this includes a comfortable sitting area where you can relax after a long day exploring and a considerable writer's desk to inspire your inner wordsmith. A round table with a substantial selection of chairs faces the window and is a relaxing spot to have laid-back meals and coffee talk.

Despite its diminutive size, the kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements.

The two bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds, built-in wardrobes, and an additional sofa-bed in the living area to accommodate two extra guests. Hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The washing machine is located here as well.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Beaugrenelle, a vibrant neighbourhood nestled on the outskirts of Central Paris, exudes a unique charm that appeals to locals and tourists alike. With its quaint cobblestone streets, picturesque cafés, and boutique shops, Beaugrenelle Paris offers a delightful escape from the bustling city centre. It is particularly popular with art enthusiasts, as the neighbourhood boasts numerous galleries and creative spaces showcasing the works of emerging artists.

The journey from Central Paris to Beaugrenelle takes around 30 minutes by public transportation, allowing visitors to explore its cultural offerings easily. Wander through the lively market, where locals gather to sell fresh produce, artisanal goods, and vintage treasures. Beaugrenelle is also home to several notable landmarks, such as the historic Sainte-Croix Church, which displays magnificent stained glass windows and intricate architectural details.

For a relaxing afternoon, visitors can enjoy a picnic in the scenic Parc des Artistes or savour delicious pastries at the charming Patisserie du Jardin.

Javel - André Citroën Metro Station (Line 10) is 3 minutes away by foot.
Lourmel (Line 8) is also nearby but will take 11 minutes by foot.
Parc André Citroën is 5 minutes away by foot.
You can take Bus 30 from Cauchy to the Eiffel Tower directly.
Depending on traffic conditions, Charles De Gaulle Airport is about 1 hour away by car.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
