I live in Cannes, 15 minutes from this accommodation.
The handing over of the keys will be done by hand; a presentation of the apartment will be made on site so that your installation goes as well as possible and I can even give you addresses and good plans of the moment!
I will be available by text message or by phone if necessary and I can move to solve a problem!

I can suggest private concierge services such as airport shuttle, housekeeping services, luggage storage services, or tourist activities. Please contact me for more information.

Less than 15 minutes walk from the accommodation:
- The rue d'Antibes known for its many shops
- Rue Hoche for its cafes and restaurants
- The Carré d'Or district known for its bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes
- La Croisette for its luxury brands, palaces, private beaches, restaurants and its artisanal Italian ice cream parlors.
- 20 minutes from the old port, its restaurants and its boat departures for the islands and the golf course of St Tropez!

The "City Palm" shuttle is a free solution for getting around the beaches of Cannes.

## Notes

The tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online when booking. (Amount of tourist tax: €4 per person per day)
A deposit of €500 will be requested for any reservation via the Swikly application.
The subscription to a holiday civil liability insurance covering your stay is compulsory, failure to comply with this formality will result in the liability of the tenant in the event of a claim and could in no case be the fault of the property manager.

Travel cot or high chair available on request for an additional charge for the stay of €25 per item to be paid on site (without bed linen)
We can offer you an additional linen kit during your stay for an additional fee of €30 per bed
Any arrival between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. will be increased by an additional flat rate of €50 (please note that we do not hand over the key after 11:00 p.m.)
Departures are at 10:00 a.m.
The exit cleaning is included in your reservation, but we ask you to wash the dishes before your departure and you must have put all your waste in the trash in the room reserved for this purpose in the residence, the non- compliance with this procedure will induce an additional cleaning cost of €20 per bin and crockery which would not have been borne by the tenant.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation and that we have a zero tolerance policy. Thus, if our teams discover the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to demand a hold on your deposit for a minimum amount of €300.

POOL RULES
We remind you of the points of the
swimming pool rules which must be strictly observed.
USE :
The use of the private swimming pool is strictly reserved for the sole co-owners and tenants of the
Residence.
OPENING PERIOD FOR SWIMMING:
Beginning of May to end of September of each year adaptable according to climatic conditions.
RESPONSIBILITY :
Users are informed that the pool is not placed under the supervision of a person
qualified or authorized by the co-ownership. Consequently, each user undertakes his
liability in the event of an accident occurring as a result of a breach of these regulations. The
children under 14 must be accompanied by adults and placed under their supervision
within the pool area.
The swimming pool can pose a serious danger to your children. A drowning happened very quickly. Of the
children near a swimming pool requires your constant vigilance and active supervision, even
if they can swim. The presence of a parent and/or an adult is mandatory when the pool is
open.
DISCIPLINE AND HYGIENE:
The shoes must be left and then placed on the ground as soon as you enter,
Showering is compulsory at the entrance to the swimming pool and before each swim,
Mandatory large towels completely covering the deckchairs to avoid oil stains
or sunscreen on the equipment,
Ball games are prohibited.
It is forbidden to bathe in street clothes and for young children a special diaper
swimming pool is compulsory,
Animals are not tolerated,
It is forbidden to run around the swimming pool, to jump and to dive,
For reasons of hygiene and safety, there will be no consumption of food in
the pool enclosure,
It is forbidden to smoke inside the swimming pool enclosure,
Music streaming devices are prohibited or must not be audible to the neighborhood,
It is imperative to close the private parasols after use and during gusts of wind.
SCHEDULE :
Users are asked to respect the rest time of the tenants or owners most
