Melis is a large, luxurious villa with plenty of natural light, consisting of a fabulous main house and two guest houses in a beautiful mix of modern design and traditional materials.
The main house is wonderfully spacious and offers luxury in every room. The entrance hall and the living area have double height. From the living area you can enjoy from three sides a great landscape view of fields and trees. The fantastic kitchen has a cooking island and offers a long dining table with chairs. On the ground floor is a wheelchair accessible bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a ramp to provide access to the main house and to use this bedroom for disabled guests. This bedroom has wide doors and a wheelchair accessible shower room ensuite and access to the outside. A separate utility room and a guest toilet complete the ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with its own terrace. One bedroom has an antique Majorcan double bed and a luxurious bathroom with shower separter. From this bedroom you have access to a partially covered terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, the small town of Santanyi and the coast in the distance. The other bedroom has two single beds and a beautiful new bathroom. There is access to a terrace with stunning views of the countryside. Steps lead into the garden.
Guesthouses
The two guest houses are close to the house and have views of the garden.
The first guest house has two single beds, ensuite shower room and access to a private terrace with table and chairs - a nice place to relax. There are 4 steps down to reach this guest house.
The second guest house is an open bedroom / bathroom with antique furniture, four-poster beds and wardrobe. There is also access to a private terrace overlooking the garden.
Air conditioning with a fixed and limited period of use.
Outdoor facilities
The garden is just as luxurious as the house. There is a large well-kept lawn and some Mediterranean plants such as rose bushes, lavender, rosemary, palm trees and carob trees - a great place to relax and enjoy the countryside. Melis offers two pools. A pool with brick steps (16m x 4. 5 m, depth 1 m min, max 1.7 m) and a large children's pool with brick steps (10 mx 1.8 m, depth 0.4 m). A covered terrace with a full outdoor kitchen with grill, gas hob, fridge and sink invites you to enjoy the delicious meals 'al fresco'. The property is fenced, has a lockable access gate and offers free parking.
