The house with the cozy and rustic apartment is located in the center of Bad Bayersoien.

The approximately 55 square meter apartment has a view from the spacious balcony overlooking the lake Soier, as well as to the surrounding mountains. The apartment has a separate bedroom with double bed (180 x 200cm) and a sofa bed (200 x 80cm) in the living room for one more person. The separate kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, kettle, coffee machines and much more. The bathroom has a shower and sanitary purposes. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on the 3-seater sofa and armchair in bed. Satellite television is of course also available. Since the apartment is located on the top floor, sloping ceiling adds a cozy ambience.

On the balcony there are two chairs and a table. It offers enough space and is also covered.

The central location allows the achievement of mud baths, shops and the lake within minutes. Enjoy the many hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, nearby castles as well as the distinctive landscape in the region.
