I always look for this place when staying downtown Albany. Best value for the price for an individual (or a couple, although I was not so fortunate to include my "other"). Ideal location for State Street jobs and very comfortable.

Great little place in historic downtown. This is an old building, so the stairs are creaky and the walls are thin, but the updates have been thoughtfully done, and it is very comfortable. The elevator was a boon for getting the luggage in and out for our stay.

Comfortable and Convenient

We were staying in Albany for a convention and found this property had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. It was very clean and was within easy walking distance to restaurants and parking garage. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are back in town.

The property was very clean and perfectly located for our activities. Dillon was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. His communication was essential for an issue we encountered - he was on it and was fantastic throughout.

Everything was fantastic! Dillon was wonderful to work with; he provided info on the area and was super helpful when my plans changed and I needed to extend my trip. Location was perfect for what I needed and I loved being able to walk to just about anything I needed.

This apartment was perfect for the two of us to have a place to stay after a concert at the Palace Theater. Location was easy to get in/out of. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Worked out great for us

Easy to find. Comfortable. Free parking on street. Needs a few more cooking pans and utensils ( such as pan large enough to cook pasta and a colander.)

Perfect all the way!!!

A great place. My BF and I attended an event at The MVP Center and did not want to drive home after. This was the perfect place to stay. It was within walking distance to MVP and close to many restaurants and bars, plus pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dog Molly!!! The place was spotless and had everything that we needed!! We will definitely be back if needed. Thank You!!!

Great location!

I was in Albany for a concert and the location was so convenient. There is a parking garage very close, but if available, overnight street parking was free. I just capture the parking zone and in the morning paid for it. What was another nice feature, is that parking zone covered a large area, so I was able to move from one spot to the next as it is not a meter. It was a perfect location and I'm so happy I stayed here.

Great One Night Stay

My wife, dog, and I were in town for only one night, and are so happy that we spent it in Dillon’s place. The space was clean, modem, and comfortable. We could not recommend it more highly for an individual or couple looking for s place from which to explore Albany. There are very few units on each floor and we found the noise level to be very low. Parking was ample on the neighborhood and there was a city managed garage two blocks away. Communication was always quick and clear. We would definitely stay here again as we found it to be a great value.

friendly helpful host

The apartment had everything I needed, but, no views outside. I wish the listing would include that. I would have stayed here anyway because location was perfect for me. It took me a while to figure out the apartment door lock. If I tried to open the door to early, then I couldn't open it at all. Took me a few minutes to realize I had to wait. The host replied to my questions quickly.
