A lot of bang for the buck with this property! Fabulous location unit was clean… but as previous reviews have shared could use some updating. But ultimately you are in the unit to sleep and enjoy the sights and beach so not anything to worry about!

Room has a great view and is probably one of the better units I have stayed in at calypso. I was surprised by an Airshow taking place which caused a lot of congestion. The Dryer had to be repaired, and the handle fell off on the Kitch sink, but overall, it's a verry nice unit

Nice property. Could a use some updating. Beds were comfortable - kitchen well stocked. Several light bulbs need replacing in master closet & refrigerator. Chairs on balcony are functional but starting to rust or break. Queen guest room had no bed pillows only decorative pillows. Floor lamp in living area would not turn on despite being plugged in. Overall, good spot close to pier park. Just needs some updating.

Great location and amazing view‼The 2 sets of beach chairs was great WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY HERE AGAIN‼The only negative was it didn’t seem like the air worked very well. It was 75-80 degrees outside and was very warm & stuffy inside. There were ceiling fans so that helped. Also there weren’t any extra blankets and we were short 2 pillow cases. We did not call anyone regarding those issues because it wasn’t a huge deal.

The balcony views were absolutely breathtaking, and the property is clearly well managed and maintained. We especially appreciated the four beach chairs and two umbrellas included with the rental. The gentlemen handling the chair rentals were professional and very kind.I would have given this review five stars, but there were a few issues during our stay. The property manager did send maintenance to address some of them, which we appreciated, but then a few other things came up afterward. The unit could definitely benefit from some updates.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and created many wonderful memories.

My stay

Location was awesome. Nice condo lots of space for a family of seven. Beds were comfortable. Could use some new pans. Staff were really nice and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Overall stay was good.

Great

Perfect location. I did not like the fact that tents could be set up in front of chairs. The only view you had was tents and not the water! Loved the location.

Beautiful Resort

The condo was very nice and located in a perfect area. They also had hand sanitizer in all elevators to help prevent the spread of germs.

The property was very nice Needs some fresh paint and upgrades in the unit The only issue was parking and moving luggage a distance to the unit But we are older people and was not aware of that beforehand. The pools were wonderful and everything was maintained well. Thank you
