In the first part of the house, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Large, bright, air-conditioned living room, open to the kitchen and leading directly onto the terrace and garden.
The air conditioning in the living room also cools the two bedrooms when the doors are left open, for optimal comfort.
Please note: the other part of the house is not air-conditioned.

The villa is located at the end of the street. There is free parking in the street in front of the villa and also in the surrounding area.

Nestled between the Ville d'Automne d'Arcachon and La Teste de Buch, the Aiguillon district seduces visitors with its authenticity. From the Saint-Ferdinand church to the colourful fishermen's huts at the Pointe de l'Aiguillon, via the port, discover the many points of view of the site. Very lively and commercial, this district can be visited on foot or by bike. It also has many "nice and accessible restaurants" according to many tourists. And if you like oysters, a lunch break is a must at the only shack in the area, the Cabane de l'Aiguillon, located at the end of Boulevard Pierre Loti.
