気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The property views are awesome however there are a lot of issues with this property. Access to the property is very difficult. It's very secluded and you absolutely need a vehicle to get there. Roads are steep and rocky. A couple of cabs stalled trying to get up there. There are no amenities in the property. Cannot cook meals. There was a small and old toaster oven that was filthy. Cannot iron clothes. It was cold at night and the portable heater was old and didn't work properly. There is a fireplace in the unit however you will be asked to pay extra for any wood you use. The property is not well kept. It is run down and old. Towels and linens were dirty. Spiders everywhere. The sliding glass door to the balcony was cracked and we were told not to use it. Towel rack was falling apart, and the closet doors didn't close properly. Closet and dresser drawers were also dirty, so we didn't use them at all. The jacuzzi is large however there isn't enough hot water to use it properly. By the time you get the water level to the jets, you run out of hot water. We spent very little time in the unit as getting to and from was challenging and there was nowhere to eat. We had to go into town for that. My wife and I were quite disappointed.
