Venu pour le festival de scrabble . 8 nuits Excellent accueil de Jean-François FONTAINE. La montée est "raide" pour arriver au bd Berthollet et à son studio refait à neuf. Idéal pour une personne, avec toutes les commodités ( dans la cuisine et salle de bains) Calme assuré avec bonne isolation. Situé à 10 mns du Palais des Congrès et 15 mns du centre ville pietonnier. Rien à dire sur qualité / prix .
