The lovingly furnished house is individually and very generously cut. The large, open living room is upstairs because of the beautiful sea view. A wide window front and two comfortable armchairs invite you to watch the action on the water surface, sunrises and the hustle and bustle on the coast. In winter you can enjoy the warming fireplace or use the large sauna in the basement.
The bedroom is very large with a large double bed. A bathroom is directly connected. There is another bedroom with a double bed and a cozy sleeping space in the loft of the house.
The house has another small bathroom next to the sauna with a hose, rain and gush shower.
In the romantic garden there are two terraces for nice hours of sun or shade. The stone rotunda offers space for an evening barbecue (barbecue is available).

The kitchen is modern and equipped with high quality appliances. In the basement there is a washing machine and drying room.
Through the garden gate you get directly to the beach.

The house is not wheelchair accessible, non-smoking domicile and child-friendly, pets are allowed and long-term renters are welcome.
