The beach is only 70 meters away, so even the youngest member of the family can get to the water without much effort. The architect has built the house on different levels, this creates a beautiful aesthetic that makes you feel at home here from the very beginning. Right at the beginning you enter the central room, which gives you a panoramic view of the sea. In the room are two freestanding anthracite-gray chimneys, in which fireplaces are embedded and spread a particularly cozy atmosphere. The Alno/Miele kitchen has marble work surfaces, and the living room with panoramic views and designer furniture is ideally created for vacationing. In the basement you will find entertainment and variety. The TV is located in the activity room and not in the living room. The infrared sauna, which reaches operating temperature within a few minutes and where you can relax with music and light therapy, is also located here. Wellness is the order of the day in one of the two bathrooms. The luxuriously furnished room is flooded with light and lets you look from the whirlpool to the sea and the Pirhupsvarre area in front of the old cliff. Here you can also enjoy a lot of nature and the wonderful fresh air outside, because the house has a 150 m² terrace. Here you can keep an eye on your children playing in the sandbox, because it is integrated into the terrace. The architecture of the house makes you feel close to the surrounding nature even in bad weather. All double beds have adjustable slatted frames. The house is environmentally insulated and equipped with an energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump.
