Dear guests
We rent our T2 apartment located in the Marines de Cogolin, facing the beach of Port Grimaud, 4 km from St Tropez and 2 km from Port Grimaud in a very quiet and secure luxury residence. It is located 600m from a beautiful sandy beach, restaurants and shops. Cycle path and direct green boat shuttles to St Tropez and Ste Maxime. The apartment is completely renovated and air-conditioned with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, living room with 140 x 190 sofa bed and a large television, a large terrace with deckchairs to admire the sunset, a bedroom with a large 180 x 200 bed (new and comfortable bedding) and a dressing room and a large television, a bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet. WIFI via optical fiber. Private parking space in the residence. Prices depending on the season (see calendar). Cleaning is included except out of season +50€.
