Dear guests
We rent our T2 apartment located in the Marines de Cogolin, facing the beach of Port Grimaud, 4 km from St Tropez and 2 km from Port Grimaud in a very quiet and secure luxury residence. It is located 600m from a beautiful sandy beach, restaurants and shops. Cycle path and direct green boat shuttles to St Tropez and Ste Maxime. The apartment is completely renovated and air-conditioned with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, living room with 140 x 190 sofa bed and a large television, a large terrace with deckchairs to admire the sunset, a bedroom with a large 180 x 200 bed (new and comfortable bedding) and a dressing room and a large television, a bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet. WIFI via optical fiber. Private parking space in the residence. Prices depending on the season (see calendar). Cleaning is included except out of season +50€.

Tolles Apartment in einem abgeschlossenem Hafengelände Zum Strand von Cogolin ca. 25min. zu Fuß oder ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Kostenloser Parkplatz und tolle Restaurants am Strand. Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Een prachtig en ruim appartement voor twee

We hebben een kleine week verbleven in het mooie appartement van Serge. Het is ingericht met goede en mooie meubelen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed slaapt heerlijk, is breed en lang (zeker voor Franse begrippen). Het balkon is ruim en ligt op het zuid-westen. We hebben van deze studio echt genoten!
