From the beautiful bright décor to the gorgeous pool views, every detail about this home will delight you as soon as you walk through the door. Year after year visitors come back to Magnolia North because they love the home away from home feeling they experience when staying in this premier Condo Complex. It is truly one of the most popular and most visited rental destinations along The Grand Strand. With it's convenient location close to all the areas attractions you will never be more than a 2-5 minutes from the beach, Dining, Broadway At The Beach, Shopping Malls, Outlets Stores, Convention Center, Airport, and all the Myrtle Beach Sports Venues.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Great time in Myrtle

Great place to stay & close to everything. Golf, BATB, Ripken... Thank you allowing us to check in early it was extremely helpful especially after a 9 hour drive.

Clean and cozy

My partner and I stayed for 6 weeks during the off-season and had a lovely time. Great location near golf course, walking trails, and 5 min drive to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and available. Would recommend to anyone and love to stay again.

Very nice!

The unit was exactly as listed. Very clean. Great location central to restaurants and attractions. The only complaint we have is the furniture in living space was not very comfortable as it was well used and the main bedroom could use another dresser for clothes. We were there for a month and only had a very small dresser and a very small closet. Husband had to live out of suitcase no room for his clothes. Overall very nice unit

Great for families - Spacious

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Myrtle Beach! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we booked and continued to provide excellent support throughout our stay. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made it perfect for our family. All the instructions and information we needed were conveniently provided in a package, making our stay completely seamless. The location couldn't have been better—we were just minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, popular attractions, restaurants, and even the softball field where our daughter played. It was so convenient! If I had to mention anything, it would be that the fridge and stove were a bit dated, but that was a minor detail and didn't affect our experience at all. Overall, we highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

Checked all the boxes.

The condo is in a nice location and well equipped. Easy access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. The balcony is a great place to relax, read, and enjoy a beverage at the end of the day. (It is on the shaded side of the building which is a bonus.) You feel safe walking around the property development well into the evening. We would definitely book at this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our getaway in Myrtlewood Condominium was almost perfect. That is only because I had a 5 minute drive to the beach. My husband like the closeness to the golf courses though.The unit was clean and shows the same as in the pictures. The new floors were beautiful. The furniture is seasoned, but comfortable. The second bedroom could use a dresser as there was no place to unpack for two. It was spacious and a great place for games, chatting and eating around the table.The location was great, and had long paths for walking and biking.The managing office was very responsive to our cry of help with the TV remotes, and the whole renting was easy with them.I would recommend this unit to everyone, but just one word of caution, no elevator. The four flights of stairs got us in shape, but was initially challenging on move in day. The kitchen had everything I needed for a months rental.

Great condo. Convenient location.

The condo was a great place for us. We have family that lives about 5 miles from there so the location was perfect and a condo instead of a hotel room is always nicer. Excellent communication from the host that made my stay super easy.

July Ripken Baseball trip

Property was as listed. We enjoyed our stay, close to the Ripken complex with plenty of space for the family. Would stay in the complex again if we come back to play baseball.

Great weekend

I really enjoyed my stay at this amazing vacation rental. The location was great and the neighborhood was close enough to the city and all the major events that I wanted to attend but also far enough away for me to be able to enjoy a quiet night in once I returned. Property Manager was quick and very responsive. I am looking forward to staying again very soon.

Roach Rental!

This property is not maintained well at all! TV remotes didn’t work, ice maker doesn’t work, there were no butter knives to be found in the hodge-podge of kitchen utensils, there was no silverware basket in the dishwasher, the bedroom closet door is broken. It’s out-dated, needs to be painted and to-boot...it’s covered in roaches! I called the property manager once in the beginning of our stay to complain and they came out, however the roach issue remained & I just had to keep killing them. We had to leave and go stay with family when I was finally so disgusted by roaches in my children’s’ bedroom when I went to wake them up in the morning, but the property manager refused to reimburse us for anything more than one evening! Absolutely unacceptable!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was good. We had a few issues with unit. The ice maker did not work, staff came out and found out that there was no water line connected to frig. Also there was no hot water in kitchen but showers were fine. We wish they had an elevator in this building, this unit is located on third floor.
