About this property

Sweet Main Floor Home in Sweetwater

Lovely main floor unit across from the Clubhouse.  This gorgeous 3 bedroom unit is the perfect home base for your family.  Sleeping accommodations for 8, including a king, queen, 2 twins and a full size sleeper  sofa.  The living room has plenty of seating for the whole gang as well as a smart TV and WIFI.  The floor plan is open and the living room, dining room and kitchen flow together for great family time. The kitchen has full sized appliances and is fully equipped for you to be able to make as many meals at home as you would like.  

The master bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV and an attached ensuite bath with a shower.  There is a queen room and a room with two twin beds.  These bedrooms share a full hall bath room.  There are also full sized laundry appliances in the unit. 
The resort has a clubhouse with a games room and gym.  There is a pool and hot tub, with lots of loungers to soak up the sun.  Both basketball  and tennis courts are available.

Rooms were very nice clean just as it looked in pictures ! The host was very nice. When we walked in there was a problem with one of the shades I called and they were there in 5 minutes fixed problem ! Kitchen was nice we didn’t do any cooking but everything was there if we wanted to ! Pool was clean hot tub was also not many people out using almost like a private pool ! Pool table was nice , work out room was clean treadmill was broken but stair stepped worked great and bike work good ! Overall our stay was awesome and will use the property again! Very satisfied!

Cute family condo

Cute 3 bedroom condo with plenty of space for my family. Was disappointed by the "starter pack" of supplies. Would have been nice it that was included in the vbro listing & not the 4th email I had gotten 6 months ago after paying for the rental. Also the air conditioning only cooled the bedrooms & not the family room. Got pretty warm.

Thank you for taking the time to review our home. I am not sure about the comment in regard to the starter pack of supplies. We do not include any reference to a starter pack in the listing, so I am not sure where the disappointment came into your experience. The AC does work throughout the home. Perhaps the vents weren't set up the right way for you to be comfortable in all of the rooms?

Great Property

This property was great. Very clean when we arrived and everything in working order. Being on the ground level, it is very easy to load and unload. The neighborhood is very quiet and away from anything noisy, but not so secluded it takes forever to go and return. We'll definitely consider for future stays
