Ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge, Wifi, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), separate WC, sauna (with shower and Swedish bucket). 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom (3 single beds 80 x 200 cm), and a mezzanine/coin-mountain closed by a curtain (1 double bed 140 x190cm), separate WC. Sheets included + beds made + bathroom linen (1 towel/person) + household linen included. Double balconies. Private garden with gravel terrace. Common natural ground (3ha). Closed room for bikes and ski room. Superb alpine farm from 1792 steeped in history, carefully renovated, 5.5 km from the slopes. Privileged location surrounded by nature on the edge of meadows & forests. Very calm. Exposed hillside. Great comfort. Warm mountain character. Lots of charm & character. Ultra cozy. Private sauna. En tant que cyclistes nous avons monté différents cols (Bisannes, Saisies, Joly, Pré, Cormet de Roselend, Petit- Saint-Bernard). Randonnées pédestres au lac de Guérin, lac des Fées et à Hauteluce. Visite de Beaufort, Arêches et rafting à Aime-La Plagne.
