Gite in the owner's house (independent access). Single-story accommodation. Ground floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate WC. Sheets and towels included. Beds made upon arrival. Terrace and private grounds. Beautiful contemporary home located 11 km from Aix les Bains. 1 km from a small village in the countryside, in a residential area quiet. Southwest exposed side. Very good comfort. Very neat contemporary stamp. Country spirit. Nice flat outdoor area with a gravel terrace. Beautiful very clear view of the countryside and the mountains. Superb contemporary cottage located 11 km from Aix les Bains and 27 km from Annecy. In the heart of the Albanais countryside, a hilly region halfway between Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget (the largest natural lake in France). Magnificent walks and hikes in the Bauges Regional Natural Park. Close to many water, fun and outdoor activities. Mountain bike trails and bike rides in the middle of this gentle mountain or along the Bourget lake path. Privileged location to radiate like a star and visit the region: Chambéry and Annecy, cities of "Art and History", Chamonix. An ideal stay between lake and mountain!
