Welcome to our 80 m² apartment, ideally located in the historic Arts et Métiers district.

Its exposed stonework and vaulted basement create an authentic ambiance and offer a unique experience immersing you in the rich heritage of old Paris.

Sleeping up to eight people, our apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a memorable stay.

Accessible from the street, this former shop is spread over two levels.

The ground floor includes:
- a dining area with a large table that can seat up to eight people,
- a resting or sleeping area with a 160x190 sofa bed and a smart TV (Amazon Fire TV, requires an Amazon account, and you can use your Netflix, Molotov, myCanal, etc. subscription), with a foosball table,
- an area with a 140x190 bed,
- a toilet.

The ventilated, windowless basement includes:
- a work or dining area, a closet with hanging space,
- a small area with a freezer,
- a fully equipped kitchen area (dishes for 12 people, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, French press coffee machine, toaster, kettle, conventional oven, induction hob, pots and pans, wine glasses, champagne flute, refrigerator, tea towels, etc.),
- a resting or sleeping area with a 140x190 sofa bed and a connected video projector (Amazon Fire TV, requires an Amazon account, and you can use your Netflix, Molotov, myCanal subscription, etc.),
- a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead recessed in the ceiling,
- a space with a 160x200 bed, a dresser with a mirror, a hairdryer, and a wardrobe.

Bed linen is provided (80 thread count cotton percale sheets and a 400 g/m² duvet), with a set of towels (1 large and 1 small) per person.

At your disposal:
- a travel cot,
- shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms.

The entrance to the accommodation is secure (burglar-proof window) and under video surveillance.

This accommodation is not equipped with air conditioning; it is not necessary as it is very pleasant even in the middle of summer; we are located in the Marais district.

This accommodation is non-smoking.

This is a very quiet one-way street with no traffic.

The window of the accommodation is soundproofed, and a screen is available to keep out prying eyes and maintain excellent natural light.

The listing on VRBO description was accurate. I wish had inquired regarding square footage, and number of bathrooms, w/toilet lol. This was my first experience in France, so I have no complaints aside from the downstairs shower that allows water to flow outside of the shower onto the rug and floor. "5 star" moments are the responsiveness of the owners! They are awesome.

The property is a good location with access to 3 metro stops nearby. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy, so it is helpful to have a white noise app for sleeping. The apartment only has 1 toilet, which might be an issue for larger groups. The property manager is quite helpful and understands English especially if contacted by text.

A beautiful apartment with a great location and great hosts!

I stayed here with my husband and 4 boys and it was a beautiful, well-decorated apt. with modern kitchen. The 2 levels allowed us to spread out and the boys loved playing foosball! The hosts had the kitchen well stocked with coffee and other items that made it easier on us when we arrived. It is a great location to walk to great restaurants and to see the sites. We would definitely stay here again. We are sad we couldn’t stay longer bc we wanted to try out the movie screen projector but ran out of time! Hosts were very accommodating

This was a great central location. There were two train stations nearby to get anywhere we wanted. The home is well equipped and I appreciated having a kitchen and access to make coffee. The shower had amazing water pressure. There is one room upstairs with a door and then a pull out couch in living area. Downstairs there is a bed and a pull out couch separated by a curtain. It was great for our family but would have been more difficult for couples traveling together. The communication was great.

Pretty flat has odd attributes

This up and down rental surprised us when we realized the musty basement smell permeated the whole apartment. The air quality was poor. The only windows were upstairs in front. The kids knicknamed the place the “mold-spore cave”. The bathroom arrangement was aggravating, with the only toilet upstairs and the shower downstairs. Both “half-baths” were so tiny as to be nearly impossible to use.

Love the vibe!

My Mom, brother and I thoroughly enjoyed the charming flat! It had everything we needed for our brief stay in Paris, and was very close to a Metro stop. It was quiet at night, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Paris en famille

L'emplacement idéal de cet appartement nous a permis de vivre Paris entièrement. La proximité des services nous permettait de s'approvisionner facilement. Les transports en commun sont à moins de quatre coins de rues, et de plus nous pouvions aller partout à pied, tour Eiffel, Montmartre, Elysée, Louvre en moins de 30 minutes de marche.

Wir hatten wunderbare 5 Tage in Paris. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Mit 4 Kindern brauchen wir Platz und Abwechslung am Abend. Durch die beiden Etagen konnten wir uns gut einteilen. Die großen oben, frei und unabhängig. Sie konnten kommen und gehen wie sie es wollten.die jungen Kinder und wir unten. Vielen Dank an Jade und Karim.

We loved this property! The hosts were amazing and super helpful! The space was big with everything we needed. Location was great. Only negative was that it was across from a school which was a bit loud for the person in our group staying in the pullout on the main floor but it was not an issue for those of us in the bedroom. We highly recommend!
