We had a wonderful stay and the house was well equipped and beautifully maintained. It was convenient to the beach and the salt water pool was amazing. We had plenty of room and enjoyed having two levels to spread out. The kids enjoyed being directly on the 4th of July parade route. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our group and we were so happy with the proximity to the beach! It was a 2 minute walk and easy to go back and forth throughout the day. We loved the pool and spent lots of time there. The home had everything we needed and was very spacious. It was also a short walk to the main area of town and we appreciated being about to get to the park, pier, etc so quickly. We highly recommend this property!

Julie was so incredibly responsive, and we even got to check in a bit early thanks to her prompt communication! Super short walk to the beach access, beach chairs and towels were a plus. Pool was great. No complaints! Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Julie!

The home was just as described. Two family rooms gave us plenty of space to spread out with the kiddos taking over the downstairs space. The outdoor spaces made for a great spot to cool off after a day at the beach with a screened in porch, saltwater pool, putting green, outdoor grill and outdoor shower. The home was fully stocked with beach chairs for 8, beach towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash - a huge perk that we’ve never encountered in the other houses we’ve rented on the island. Beach access was a quick walk right around the corner from the house. Julie was incredibly helpful during our stay. We could not have asked for a better space or host!

This house was wonderful - spacious and inviting. There was lots of open space for grandchildren to enjoy and move around in. Bedrooms were comfy and allowed our family much space to settle in for the week. When we arrived, we discovered a leak in the upstairs bathroom ceiling. When I reached out to Julie, the response from her husband, Jason was immediate. He had someone come check it out for the source and the A/C issue was repaired very quickly. The issue did not hinder us in any way but we were extremely impressed with the quick and professional response that was given. Truly this couple cares deeply about this property and maintains it extremely well. The rest of the week was relaxing with plenty of kitchen space for cooling and enjoying. The pool was perfect for relaxing after time at the beach. The steps made it easy for our 4-year-old grandson to enter and exit and the perfect size for him to practice his swimming. Chairs were provided for the beach. The convenience of upstairs and downstairs washer & dryer made it extremely easy to keep ahead of laundry and towels and bathing suits. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who comes to OIB. The ease of beach access was excellent. Thank you Julie and Jason for creating & providing a welcoming & comfortable space for our family to enjoy time with each other & the beauty of OIB! Would definitely stay with these wonderful hosts again ! Ginny & Larry

Loved the place was very comfortable for us all close to beach

It was a great house to rent well taken care of we enjoyed our stay thoroughly everyone had their own place privacy we had nice dinners made there and enjoy the back porch at night we enjoyed the front porch in the morning with her coffee was a great place

Our family of 14 had a great vacation at this home. It was nice, clean, and well equipped for 14 people. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults. The beach access was close….no need for golf cart!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Ocean Isle, NC! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was well-stocked with all the essentials, making it super easy to settle in and enjoy our time. Having a private pool was such a bonus, especially after long beach days. There was also plenty of parking, which made things even more convenient for our group. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property to stay for a beach vacation very short walk to the beach, also has a clean pool.Julie offers many items that are never included with any rentals we have had in the past, no need to bring beach towels or bath towels, or even soap or shampoo it’s supplied. The best when packing leave the beach chairs at home because there’s 10 for your use.

The house is beautifully decorated and well thought out. There were two spots to hang out and have game nights as well as ample space for people to have space and privacy when they wanted to take a break from all of the family fun. House and the backyard pool area are great. Everything was well thought out and in great condition. We appreciate the amenities, especially since driving from out of state—beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys & shampoo/conditioner/body wash in every shower, sheets and towels provided, and laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and first aid kit all provided. Super cute house and great layout for families.

Perfect place!

Five stars. Great house, clean, good layout for large family vacations, umbrella/chairs/body board/toys already at house, minute walk to the beach, short walk to the stores and restaurants, owners were super helpful and provided us a list of all the events that were happening on the island and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, we would 100% visit again.

Such a cute house!

We loved this house! Check in was super easy, we were greeted with a hand written note, the house had every amenity that we could even think of, the beds were comfortable, the location was great and it was decorated perfectly.. The 2 separate living rooms worked really well for us too.. The younger adults stayed downstairs and the rest upstairs. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Excellent home

Property was beautiful. Bedrooms are spacious and two living areas allow for lots of people comfortably in the home. 2 minute walk from beach. The only thing we were surprised by was the extensive “check out” instruction list, which was the most cleaning and washing requirements we have seen on VRBO.

We make every effort to be clear about the checkout procedures through information posted in the property listing and also clearly stated in the rental agreement. Our check-out directions to strip the beds, take out trash, and clean any dishes are pretty typical of the area. We are happy to provide all bath and beach towels you may need at no extra charge, so we do ask renters to wash them prior to leaving and provide dual washers and dryers (one upstairs and one down) to make this as simple and quick as possible. We will look at making this even more clear so as to alleviate future surprises. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope your dad had an awesome birthday at OIB!

5 Star House with great ammenities!

We had an amazing stay at this home with our big family group, 10 adults, 3 kids, and 2 toddlers, and it couldn’t have been better. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, especially the kids, and the pool toys made it even more fun. There were multiple hangout areas, which gave the kids space to play safely while the adults could relax.The short walk to the beach was super convenient, and we really appreciated all the extras the hosts provided; beach and pool towels, chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of toys. The amenities were top-notch, and the house was very well-stocked and comfortable for a large group.We would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a fun and stress-free beach vacation!
