A dream holiday apartment with incomparable panoramic views over the Baltic Sea. From your private loggia, you can gaze out over the sea and the beach directly in front of you, listen to the waves and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. There is no better place to relax than in this dream location.



Schönhagen's sandy beach starts right on your doorstep, separated only by the beautiful promenade. The service office and a café are located on the ground floor, so you are right in the centre of the action.



The holiday apartment is on the first floor and can only be reached via a staircase outside the house. It has a covered balcony (loggia) facing the sea, where you can relax on sun loungers. There is also a barbecue at your disposal.



On the opposite side is the pergola, which provides access to the 6 apartments in the house. Due to the generous layout, the pergola can also be used as a loggia. A table and garden chairs are available here for you to enjoy the last rays of the warm evening sun.



At 110 m², the holiday apartment offers plenty of space for up to six people (two sleeping places on the pull-out sofa in the living area) and has its own small wellness oasis with a 2-person whirlpool and sauna.



Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quiet low season, when the Baltic Sea beach offers plenty of space.

Aufenthalt war super. Sauberkeit eine frechheit. Ein Bahnhofsklo ist sauberer. Soviel geld für eine endreinigung ist eine Frechheit. Mussten erstmal 2 std. Bei Ankunft putzen. Auf keine Reklamation wurde eingegangen weder vor ort noch als Email.

In dem Objekt befinden sich 6 Ferienwohnungen, die allesamt unterschiedlichen Besitzern gehören. Wir waren in den letzten Jahren in zwei weiteren der FW und rundum zufrieden. Gebucht im Noy 24, 5 Tage vor Abreise dann die Mitteilung das direkt vor dem Objekt Riesen Baustelle mit ganztägiger Lärmbelästigung. Verschimmeltes Bad, defekter Kamin (komplett gerissene Scheibe. TV in Größe eines PC-Monitors. Wohnlandschaft gekauft bei Roller für vermutlich 30.- Whirlpool im Bad löst sich in seine Einzelteile auf. Grill im aussenbereich auf dem balkonkomplett verrostet. Die wichtigsten Küchenutensilien wie scharfe Messer, pizzaschneider oder auch Kartoffeschäler fehlen. Hier wird man den Eindruck nicht los, dass der Inhaber mit geringstmöglichen Aufwand das meistmögliche rausholen will. Fazit: setzen 6-!!!

Finger weg von dieser Wohnung / Abzocke

Wie waren schon sehr oft in dieser Gegend und mieten für unsere Urlaube immer hochpreisge und hochwertige Ferienwohnungen. Was wir hier in Schönhagen jedoch vorgefunden haben, war alles Andere als toll. Für diesen Preis erwarten wir ein topsauberes Appartement und da wir aufgrund des viel zu kleinen TV Geräts die Couch näher an das Gerät vorgezogen haben, haben wir dann unter der Couch jede Menge Schmutz vorgefunden. Plastikteile, Zahnbürstenaufsätze ,alte Taschentücher etc.Diesen Dreck haben wir am nächsten Morgen dann zum NOVASOL Büro gebracht, dort wurde uns eine Folgereinigung angeboten, die wir ja dann nicht brauchten, wenn wir den Schmutz selbt weg gemacht haben, so etwas sollte einfach nicht vorkommen, wenn schon eine Reinigungsgebühr von 158,- Euro verlangt wird.Im Bad sind Schimmelflecken in der Dusche und extrem schmutzige Ecken aufgrund Kalkbildung. Wenn nach jedem Gast gereinigt wird, dann kann hier nur eine ganz schlechte Reinigung der Grund für diese Flecken sein und Schimmel darf gar nicht vorhanden sein.Wir waren über Weihnachten in diesem Appartement und warten auf eine Rückerstattung des geminderten Mietpreises.Eine angebotene Nachreinigung haben wir deshalb abgelehnt, weil diese Art von Schmutz dadurch nicht weg gegangen wäre. Hier müssen Silikonfugen erneuert werden und der Kalk mit Kalklöser entfernt werden. Für uns ist Novasol keine Option mehr, wenn es hier nicht zu einer Rückerstattung kommt.
