When we talk about Istria, we talk about ham, cheese, olives, nature, relaxation and stone.
It is the same with this semi-detached house not far from Zminj. The vacation home is located in the center of the village and has a typical roof made of stone slabs. The small outdoor pool and the summer kitchen will provide you with a relaxing atmosphere and pleasant cooling on hot summer days. The property is very small, on the second floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom and the bathroom, while the attic accommodates two more bedrooms with a minimum ceiling height of 1 meter.
