This 220m² gîte, attached to the owners' house, is spread over two levels with a separate entrance and private outdoor space. On the raised ground floor (five steps), you'll find a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen and dining room featuring a pellet stove, as well as a large lounge area. There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate WC. Upstairs, the sleeping quarters comprise four bedrooms, including a mezzanine (one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with three single beds). A bathroom with a corner bathtub and a separate WC complete this level. Located in the heart of the countryside between Roannais and the Forez plain, Christelle and Édouard welcome you to their spacious and comfortable gîte. Here, you'll enjoy delightful outdoor spaces perfect for family fun, relaxing on a sun lounger, or simply unwinding in the landscaped courtyard, pétanque court, swing, swimming pool (4x5m - unheated - open from June to September, equipped with a powerful audible alarm), spa (6-person capacity), and more. The accommodation opens onto a spacious living area that blends modern décor and amenities with character through its restoration (French-style ceilings, wooden beams, stone walls, etc.). To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, and the beds are made upon your arrival! Horse boarding is available 300m from the gîte.
