Property description

YES, THE SUNSET YOU SEE IS FROM THE BALCONY OF THIS CONDO! This condo is an almost 2000 Square feet corner unit on the 15th floor with an amazing 400 sq ft balcony directly on the ocean. The views of the sunset and sparkling white sandy beach are tremendous. It has 4 bedrooms, each with it own bath. 2 of the bedrooms are on the ocean with large sliding doors onto the balcony.

The condo is 7 years old and is designer decorated with gorgeous furnishings. The living room and all 4 bedrooms have flat screen HD TV's. There is a surround system in the living room and DVD players in 3 of the bedrooms and stereo systems in 2 of the bedrooms. The kitchen is nicely equipped.

As a extra ' freebie' you will be allowed to use 2 reserved beach chairs with an umbrella. There are also extra beach chairs in the unit. Also the unit has wifi.

It has recently been renovated with beautiful new tile in all bedrooms.

Rates are subject to change. Rates are all inclusive which includes tax, cleaning, 1 parking pass. 8 wristbands, and 2 beach chairs and one umbrella. There is an additional $500-$700 security deposit due at the time of booking. It is fully refunded providing there are no damages. An additional 2.5% service fee is added to all credit card charges. We accept personal checks or cash. During Spring Break in March and April we only rent to families.

Travelers pay a $500-$700 security deposit at the time of booking and it is fully refunded within 3 wks of departure providing there is no damage. The rental rate is due in full 4 weeks before arrival. We accept personal checks and no credit card payments.

We chose this location because we vacationed in Panama City as children and the laid back family feel with the gorgeous clear blue Caribbean like water and the sugar white sand beaches just can't be beat anywhere! Our sunset is truly a work of art each evening!
