Grande maison bien équipée dans un quartier très calme. Terrain clos avec emplacement pour 2 voitures. Très bonne communication avec notre hôte, soucieux de notre bien-être. A recommander.

Nous étions 8 personnes dont 6 ados. Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est très spacieuse ce qui permet de ne pas se sentir les uns sur les autres. La piscine est tres grande et la propriété très calme et bien placée. Tout était super et nous tenons à remercier Julien pour sa disponibilité et ses réponses rapides. Un séjour parfait. Nous recommandons cette maison. Nous avons l habitude de louer des maisons et celle ci fait vraiment de nos meilleures locations.

Maison agréable belle superficie

Nous avons séjourné à six personnes dont deux enfants, âgées de 12 et 15 ans durant cinq jours dans cette jolie maison. L’emplacement est idéal à la fois pour visiter les jolies villages de la Drôme et pour visiter l’Ardèche. Nous avons un peu profité de la piscine. Le terrain de pétanque était très agréable lors des apéritifs du soir. Idéal pour nos deux chiens puisqu’il est très bien clôturé, nous avons apprécié le contact avec le propriétaire. Toutes les commodités nécessaires fonctionnent. Un seul regret que la piscine et dû t’être remplie juste avant notre arrivée et de fait bien trop fraîche pour bien en profiter. Petit bémol sur le ménage, à notre arrivée, notamment le studio ou les carreaux étaient extrêmement sale. Mais je n’ai aucun doute que le propriétaire a bien pris note de nos remarques, afin de rectifier le tir pour les prochains locataires. la tout de cette maison, alors que nous étions deux couples, ce studio, qui en réalité est un F1, doit faire à lui seul une soixantaine de mètres carrés et qui permet d’avoir chacun son espace de vie. Ceci dit, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le jardin est très grand et très agréable. Nous reviendrons.
