You'll love the spectacular ocean views and the second-floor game room in this newly renovated four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath oceanfront home right on the beach and with all the space and privacy you need for a fun vacation with friends and family. The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with two with king beds and one with two twin beds. This home offers central air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, an ice maker, color cable TVs, a VCR, DVD players, free WiFi. Other amenities include three covered porches, a sundeck oceanside attached to a covered porch, a covered entrance, an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, parking underneath the house, and a private walkway to the beach with a sundeck. Enjoy the views while relaxing on the porch swing.

Beautiful and spacious oceanfront home

We loved being so close to the ocean, with a great deck to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. The house has plenty of room and having a bathroom with each bedroom was a plus for our group. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Beau’s home. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was a quick trip to stores to get provisions. We really enjoyed the private boardwalk to the beach and evenings on the porch watching the ocean and sunset. I would definitely recommend Beau’s home for a relaxing vacation at the beach.

25th Wedding Anniversary celebration

Was a great stay- lots of room, very clean and all the necessities available and on top of that had great weather. Would love to revisit and bring more family.

Wonderful Vacation!

We always love our time at Holden Beach and this year was no different! The house was wonderful and so conveniently located. Many obvious upgrades to the kitchen and furniture. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful!

Beau’s Home was beautiful with great spaces for both family & privacy. Had all the amenities we could have asked for! The view of the ocean was breathtaking from almost every room in the house! Close walking distance to restaurants, playground & splashpad for grandkids. Will definitely be back next year!

Perfect beach house

We love coming to Beau's Home for our Holden Beach vacation. It is a beautiful home with a perfect layout for enjoying time together as a family. We love the open floor plan with kitchen, dining, and living room all connected. The upstairs sitting room is a nice retreat if someone is looking for a quiet spot. The sofas and beds are very comfortable. And we loved the shaded deck for enjoying the gorgeous ocean landscape. This was our third year staying at Beau's Home.

Great House, Bad Bugs

It's a great house,especially the extra half bath off of the kitchen. However, it has a very bad roach broblem, and desperately needs to have the floors cleaned. And, it seems to us that the fridge is on its last leg. The house is designed well and is spacious. It just needs some TLC. The railing on the front sitting area needs to be secured as well.

Beautiful Stay

We loved it!!! The home was decorated beautifully and tastefully and had all the amenities we needed for a peaceful and relaxing vacation! I have been coming to Holden Beach since 1974 and so far this is my favorite house by far! Loved the convenient location to the bridge! My only complaint is that it would be great to have the downstairs bedroom furnished with a king size bed, like the two adult rooms upstairs. But overall, it was a fabulous week!!!

Excellent Getaway

This house was excellent! It was just like the photos and had what seemed like newly remodeled bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed. Bring K-cups for the coffee maker and some additional trash bags, but otherwise, it has plenty of amenities if you plan to cook - even a crockpot. It's right on the beach with 2 decks for plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy the ocean. It's close to a couple of restaurants and a very short drive to Food Lion and Walgreens.

Nice and cozy

Overall our visit and stay was pleasant. The furniture is older but cozy, reminds me when I was a little girl at my grandparents. Lots of lighting and seating to enjoy not only the house but also the ocean on the deck. I loved that there was a faucet and hose coming up from the ocean to rinse off the beach before entering the home. A few negatives were as followed: Unfortunately the fridge was not up to temp when we arrived so we had to throw some food and drinks away the next day because it didn’t keep them to temperature until the night before we were leaving. I dislike that you turn the fridge down because it takes forever to get cold and as a family we stopped and picked up milk for cereal and pop tarts. The milk had to be thrown away and new needed to be bought. Minor set back but still an inconvenience while on vacation. While we were sitting on the deck cockroaches came scurrying across the deck making my husband scream like a woman. The decks themselves are beautifully designed BUT the wood is warped in many places and splinters were unavoidable. The gate to the ocean from the deck wouldn’t stay open, we were constantly having to prop it open or just close it to avoid walking into it. If possible I’d clean up the path to the ocean as you walk between the dunes. They’re over growing into the path. Like I said overall it is a decent place to stay and it was enjoyable, however, I’m not sure if we’d stay again. My husband and I were pretty creeped out by the cockroaches and constant foot splinters on vacation are not pleasant.

Great house, great location

Great communication from Vacasa. Knew exactly what to expect, door code, WIFI, etc. The house was plenty big enough and was very clean.

Fabulous

We love staying here! It was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We loved being so close to the ocean and the view was amazing! Vacasa was quick to respond to any of our needs and their customer service was great! We will stay again!

Ample space for family with great beach access

We loved the space - four bedrooms plus 4.5 baths - for extended family. Appeared to have been recently updated with new carpet and paint. Showers were nice and clean. Furniture was plentiful and comfortable. Beautiful views from upstairs and downstairs, as well as convenient access to beach. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Loved it!

Met our needs. Very comfortable and GREAT location. Very clean when we arrived. Limited cooking supplies, but if you go out a lot when you visit is very adequate. The pots and pans great, silverware...could have used more. No crock pots, griddles, but we made it work. It is furnished and decorated beautifully. Very comfortable. Loved that the laundry was in it's own room and not one of the bedroom baths.
