Holiday home in beautiful Dronningmølle, where North Zealand's best beach is located. Everything has been thought of in this house. The specially designed kitchen is located in a glass bay window with half-height walls to the dining area. The chic bathroom with underfloor heating and shower corner as well as sauna give the house a special extra. On one side of the house is a large, open terrace, which has been created in conjunction with a covered terrace. Experience the small towns of Gilleleje and Hornbæk, where you can shop and drink coffee. Copenhagen is less than 1 hour away. A warm welcome awaits you.

Das Haus könnte ein tolles sein, wenn es für 121 Euro vernünftig gereinigt worden wäre (dicke Lage Staub auf Fußbodenleisten, Wollmäuse und Müll unter den Betten, Bad nur teilweise gereinigt, Masse Spinnweben, alter Kaffeefilter in der Maschine, etc.) und nicht ein immenser Erhaltungs- und Modernisierungsstau jegliche Optik, teilweise die Funktionalität und leider auch die Hygiene (große schwarze Flecken in der Dusche, rote Verfärbungen am Silikon, Abplatzungen an der Sanitäreinrichtung, etc.) in große Mitleidenschaft gezogen worden wäre. Und das Grundstück könnte ein schönes sein, wenn es auch nur etwas gepflegt wäre. Rasen schon länger nicht gemäht, viel Zu- und EinwachsungenEingewachsenes.
