Forest idyll near the beach The forest park 'Rubinsøen' is located in the northwestern part of Bornholm, south of Hasle and only 10 km north of the island capital Rønne. A magnificent nature reserve consisting of a relaxing forest area and close to a wonderfully wide and child-friendly sandy beach. Not far from the forest park is 'Rubinsø' (Ruby Lake). The origin of this lake goes back to the time when coal was mined here. In the process, a water vein was found deep underground, which created the lake in a very short time. Today you can fish here for pike and other fish. Fishing permits are available on site for a fee. In this vacation paradise, in the middle of the sparse forest and not far from Rubinsø, these first-class, completely newly designed and in their architecture unique quality vacation homes of high standard were built in 1999. The individual houses, loosely arranged in groups of two, are harmoniously coordinated in equipment and furnishings and are extremely comfortable. Even the whirlpool was not spared on comfort. It is equipped for 2 persons and promises a heavenly underwater massage after the sauna session. Bornholm - the treasure and bicycle island Bornholm is a Dorado for active vacationers, especially for guests who want to discover the island by bike. The track network of the island railroad, which was laid down many years ago, has been developed into a fantastic network of cycle paths and has been continuously extended in recent years. And there is so much to discover. Besides the unique round churches, former fortified churches dating back to the 11th century, you will always come across the striking chimneys of the whitewashed herring smokehouses rising into the blue sky. The smell of freshly smoked herring ('Bornholmer') makes your mouth water. Try this delicacy. Nature experience island Bornholm Bornholm with its year-round mild climate offers so much uniqueness, which is hard to find elsewhere in Scandinavia: From super beaches with the finest sand at Dueodde in the south to the picturesque cliff coast with impressive shore formations in the north. And towering above it all on the northern tip are the imposing ruins of Hammershus Castle, the oldest of its kind in Scandinavia. Door width 80 cm! Rubinsøen Forest Park is located south of Hasle and only 500-1,000 m from a child-friendly sandy beach. These quality houses were built in 1999-2004 with a size of 117m2 of wood on 1250 m2 forest/nature plots each. The 42 m2 large, with light-flooded.
