Lovely 4-room apartment in the center of Port Grimaud.
Renovated in a warm and cosy way.
3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms.
South-oriented balcony.
The beach is right at the end of the street.

This very large apartment (81sqm) is located in the very heart of Port Grimaud.
It is close to the shops and facilities (bakery, restaurants) but remains very quiet thanks to its location.
It is located on the 1st floor and is composed of a large dual-aspect living-room with a well-furnished open kitchen (washing-machine, dryer, gridge with a separate freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, Bespresso, toaster), 3 double bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds and 1 x 140cm bed), 1 bathroom and 1 shower-room.

On the canal side, a South-oriented loggia perfect for 6 people to have lunch while enjoy the view on the boats.

The location is great perfect to enjoy Port Grimaud without any car.

Free Access to the Coches d'eau shuttles in summer time.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (water activities, gulf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

Apparemment lumineux et très agréable. Le salon et les 3 chambres donnent sur les canaux et sont très calmes bien que l’appartement soit situé sur l’une des 2 places commerçantes. La communication pour l’arrivée et le départ a été très simple avec Yael.

Lieu de séjour idéal

Idéalement situé près de l'entrée publique de Port-Grimaud, à 50m de la boulangerie, 200m de l'épicerie, 300m de la plage ... le logement est parfaitement équipé, spacieux avec une décoration sympa et un mobilier confortable. Il garantira à quiconque un excellent séjour au calme en limitant les trajets en voiture.
