Pleasant villa with swimming pool and large garden in periphery of Montpellier
An ideal place for sunny holidays around a swimming pool in a green environment, within a village and a peaceful district in the north of Montpellier. Large flowered garden, not directly overlooked. Shaded terrace and barbecue. Pleasant view of an environment of pine forests and meadows. Two air-conditioned levels and living room. Indoor or outdoor car park depending on availability.
Residence located halfway between the beaches (Carnon, La Grande Motte, Le Grau du Roi....) and the Hérault valley (Ganges, St Guilhem le Désert...) . Montpellier town center 20 mins away, small shopping center in the village and all amenities 10 mins away. There are a lot of activities for children nearby (zoo, treetop adventure park, educational farms, caves, etc. The many tourist and sporting attractions of Hérault and the neighboring department of Gard are easily.
In short, a comfortable and ideal stay for a large family or group of friends.
We speak English and can easily respond to your requests. We keep an independent apartment at level -1. Our presence will be intermittent and discreet.

Premières vacances avec bébé parfaites
Nous avons pass é un merveilleux moment dans la maison de Jean. Les hôtes ont été aux petits soins pour nous fournir tout le matériel de puériculture dont notre bébé pouvait avoir besoin (literie, meubles et jeux!). Ils sont également restés à dispo et réactifs pour répondre à nos questions. La maison est impeccable et la piscine idéale. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrions.

Un coin de campagne proche d'une belle ville.
Balades à St Clément de Rivière et dans les environs.
Visites des villages de Montferrier Le Lez et d'Assas.
Visite du Château de Restinclières.
Randonnée et découverte de la vallée du Lez.
Visite de la ville de Montpellier, virées au bord de mer à Palavas les Flots et au Pic St Lou, etc.
Le tout dans une maison très spacieuse, fort bien équipée, très confortable, avec une vue magnifique, sur un beau jardin, une terrasse.
Des hôtes sympathiques ont été à l'écoute de nos envies et nous ont bien conseillé.
En bref, un séjour parfait. Nous reviendrons l'été pour profiter de la piscine.
