We loved the house and privacy during our holiday visit.
Only one issue...the beds are tooooo hard. Otherwise every need was met.
We will definitely reserve again.
We will
The home is very clean and has plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked. As others have said, the mattresses are in great condition. They have snacks available and even a bottle of Biltmore wine. Next time we are in Asheville we will stay here. It is convenient to downtown and Biltmore Estate.
We rented this property for my son’s wedding weekend. Beautiful, clean and charming place to spend the weekend! Close to all the fun stuff in Asheville!
Stayed for a wedding weekend and the house was a perfect location. Great attention to details in the home. Beds were so comfy! Robes were a nice touch and we loved the upstairs balcony. Very clean and comfortable!!
Very clean & comfortable with luxury. Well equipt kitchen & bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood. I feel they thought of all the comforts of a home away from home. Beautiful
This home is absolutely beautiful and can easily accommodate our family. We enjoyed our stay and Max and James were extremely accommodating as I was extremely sick during our stay. Thank you. Would highly recommend!!
We loved this house, both for the location and certainly for the house itself. The host has thought of everything, we felt welcomed immediately and loved every minute of our stay. The drive to downtown (and the arts district! go there) was very easy, and the house is walking distance to some delicious West Asheville spots. Can't wait to stay here again!
We loved this little hidden gem in West Asheville! It was in a neighborhood a little outside of town but very quiet and easily walkable to shops and restaurants with other destinations just a short drive. The home was very clean and nicely decorated with high quality touches. Lots of outside space to enjoy a beverage or dinner in the sunshine. Highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat!the welcome basket and quick communication was amazing.
The house met the needs of our family of 5 perfectly! We needed a place to rest our heads while visiting our friends who recently relocated to Asheville in February.
We have three daughters ranging in ages from 8-13 and they loved utilizing the space upstairs! The home was very clean and had all the necessary items to support our stay. The robes were a nice touch! We hope to come back and stay again! Thank you!
We were quite impressed with this house…the inside is open and inviting, with three areas (plus two decks) to gather and talk or watch TV. The location is just minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway and The Biltmore. We were visiting The Biltmore for their Christmas decorations exhibit and were not disappointed! We drove along the parkway, but we missed the leaves in full fall colors because of our timing. It was a very nice visit to Asheville and the accommodations were a large part of the picture.
Such a great space with privacy and high-quality amenities!
Stayed here for a graduation weekend for my sister at UNCA. This is such a cute, and extremely well-built, house with so much space! Kitchen and outdoor patios were gorgeous and among the best I've seen in a vrbo rental in AVL. It was perfect for our family of 4. Beds were SO comfortable, and appreciative that both were king beds. Plenty of extra rooms upstairs for us to get ready in and had a mirror in every room! Thank you James for the fantastic basket of snacks and literally dozens of tourism brochures. Parking situation is a little tight, definitely no more than 2 cars can fit here as it's located on a narrow alleyway. Otherwise, it was close to everything and we loved it!!!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see in do in Asheville. The rooms were extremely clean and the kitchen was outfitted with great attention to detail. We really appreciated the nice bottle of wine and snacks left by the host. What a nice touch. The 3-ring binder with basic info was helpful. While the door was tricky to lock and unlock, if you read the host's notes posted by the door and followed directions, you'd have no problems. Small details like toiletry kits, special washcloths for make-up removal and tissue boxes were very much appreciated. There is even a first aid kit. This host really tries to think of every detail and make your stay a comfortable one. We would highly recommend these accommodations!
Took a minute to find the lockbox (was expecting to be on a door); but everything was good after that. The home was lovely and convenient to all areas we wanted to visit. The welcome basket was unexpected and appreciated. The only drawbacks were a very moldy/mildrew main floor shower and the outdoor cushions never got dry after the first two days of rain.Looking forward to staying there again sometime in the future.
