Apartement was as described, the private parking was not available but over the eastern weekend parking in the street was relatively easy.
Building should be cleaned from bird poo due to birds in the open area. Also fair amount of cockroaches in the entire building. Apart from that good location, pleasant apartment and nothing to complain.
