The entrance leads over 2 steps and a 6 sqm terrace directly in the kitchen living with doors to all rooms. Entrance to the upper floor via outside stairs. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with TV. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Kitchen in the living room with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Living room / bedroom with lounge and TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Siófok. The holiday home is situated on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday home is located in the middle of the plot. Suitable for larger families. The house has a total of 2 apartments. BAL SIO 001 (8 people) is also located here. The holiday home at Lake Balaton is in a quiet and peaceful environment (Liberty Beach (approx. 150 m), the Galerius Adventure and Thermal Bath (300 m)). Access is via a side street (paved). Parking on the property.
