From the panoramic terrace the view extends over a long stretch of coastline all the way to Senigallia. At the back, about 20 m away, runs a railroad line. Restaurant with pool, snack bar with sea specialties, bar and pizzeria about 20 m away. The village of Marotta boasts the "Blue Flag", which stands for pure water.
