You can also experience the unique atmosphere of the idyllic, historic neighbourhoods. The characteristic thatched houses that characterise the townscape are an absolute must-see.



You are sure to spend your days enjoying the water, as the beach is not far away. Pack your fishing equipment and swimming gear and plan extensive fishing trips and refreshing swims in the sea. Make yourself comfortable on the beach and enjoy a breathtaking sunset in the evening while you experience the impressive biodiversity of the Wadden Sea.
