Great Experience at Kim's Cove

Beautiful home, relaxing back porch, & awesome game room. Big enough for family to have space. Would definitely stay again if we go back!

Our entire family, from kids, to parents, to grandparents, had the best time here! The cabin is beautiful and the game room was a blast! We are hoping to be back!

Great cabin and location

We stayed in this cabin for our annual family trip with 4 adults and for 4 teens. Plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. The game room was an excellent additional space and loved by all ages. Enjoyed the pool and walking trail. Short, easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

turning 80

The cabin was perfect for a weekend celebrating my aunt turning 80. I loved the cabin and it was immaculate. The best cabin I have rented in the area. I do hope I can utilize it again.

This property is so beautiful and close to all the attractions! Everything on the listing was spot on except for it being a fully stocked kitchen. Need more pots and pans to cook with, skillets, etc. Also, suggest a Keurig coffee maker. other than that we had a great time at this property! Definitely would go back!!

Perfect family getaway

Stayed for quick weekend trip and was perfect for our family from infants to grandparents. Game room kept us entertained, beautiful views and comfortable beds with quite neighborhood. Jacuzzi was welcome relaxing spot at end of day. Close to lots of entertainment. Minor drawbacks were no sponge for sink but dish soap, only 1 packet of laundry detergent so if staying for while get more detergent especially with our young kids we are frequently washing. And grill could use a clean, used it to make steaks one night and whole thing caught on fire due to grease fire, we got it out quickly and food was still good. Overall we loved the home and want to come back to specifically stay here again.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend with our 5 kids. Ages 17, 15, 13, 8 and 19 months. The Cabin was awesome, it was very clean and had an amazing view! The game room was a hit for all of the kids even us parents 😁. We especially liked that the cabin was only 10-15 mins from Pigeon Forge. We would definitely stay here again!

If you don't enjoy this cabin , you won't ever enjoy one . It's a luxury cabin all the way ! I hated to leave !

The best yet

My family travels to Pigeon Forge every December. We all agreed this has by far been the best cabin we’ve stayed at. Location was perfect, cleanliness was not an issue, space for us all was just right, and the house was so accommodating. The kitchen is hands down the most beautiful kitchen I’ve ever seen. That alone was worth the stay.

The best cabin

This was the best cabin we have stayed in. We go to Tennessee at least twice a year. We will be back to this house on our next trip. The pictures do not even begin to illustrate how amazing this home is. The game room is phenomenal. We spent all of our free time in the cabin in the game room. We didn’t even have time to use the outdoor fireplace. We will book here again for more nights we loved it so much.

Beautiful cabin but not cleaned

Beautiful cabin but outside not kept up, back deck never swept or cleaned, cig butts and beer caps on the porch, tub wouldn’t drain, floors not bleached or mopped, our feet were black. I called Bear Tootin and wanted our cleaning funds refunded but they refused! I expected a million dollar home to be perfect and 566 a night to be excellent.

Vacation home

The house was amazing. 5 Star for sure. We found everything clean and ready for us. Such a beautiful deck to relax and see the mountains. Property manager was very responsive and immediately answered questions. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed to cook. Game room amazing and perfect to play any type game you wish. Definitely will be back to this home if we come again.
