Our beach house, perfect for summer holidays, is ideal for 2 families with children. It consists of 3 bedrooms and an intimate fenced garden, not overlooked, pleasantly shaded with trees where it is good to take meals in family or with friends. Our property is relaxing and quite while being 2 steps from the heart of the resort with all amenities as well as 200 meters from the ocean beach.

From the house, in 2 minute-walk, it is easy to reach the restaurants, shops, bike rentals and surfshops in the center of the resort as well as the skate-park and the basketball and pala courts of the city.
In 5 minutes by car or by bike paths, you can reach the beaches of the lake of Maguide where you can practice various water activities.
In less than 20 minutes by car or by bike paths, you can easily reach the Dune du Pilat and visit the city of Arcachon.
