The detached holiday home, renovated in 2013, is furnished in the typical local style. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and a porch swing.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 55 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with stove in all rooms (gas). The entrance leads over 2 steps. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge, TV and DVD. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, TV and video. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation. Kitchenette with gas stove, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Fonyód. The holiday home is located on a 718 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport.

Gutes Objekt

Hausbesitzer spricht kein deutsch und nur schlecht englisch. Die Bahn fährt etwa 20m vorm Haus vorbei, unter der Woche sehr nervig, da ungefähr alle 15 Minuten ein Zug kommt.

Der Höhepunkt war das Vorbeifahren ...

Der Höhepunkt war das Vorbeifahren eines Zuges, der zweimal täglich von einer Diesellok gezogen wurde, was die Enkelin faszinierte. Ansonsten hatte ich Angst vor der Belästigung durch vorbeifahrende Züge in der Nacht, aber es war in Ordnung. Ein ruhiger Urlaub für Großeltern mit 3-jährigem Enkel und Hund. Großer, gesicherter Garten mit Grill, Pimpong-Tisch und angenehmen Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien sowie der Möglichkeit einer Außenküche. Tolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Reisebüro. Danke

Das Haus ist leider schon etwas ...

Das Haus ist leider schon etwas veraltet, die Badtür lässt sich z. B. nicht mehr schließen, zudem ist die Bahnstrecke direkt neben dem Haus wirklich stark befahren, was von uns aber nicht als extrem störend wahrgenommen wurde.

Chalupa. Insgesamt SK Super. Im ungünstigen Wetter einfach ein Pingpong es spielen kann, waren wir, obwohl die pršalo beschäftigt. Der einzige Minuspunkt war Gleis. Strasne HuCAL 1 Stunde und 4 Züge. Aber ansonsten für alle davam 98%
