Beautiful brand-new 41m² mobile home with reversible air-conditioning, in a prime location at La Carabasse campsite with waterpark at extra charge. 1 km from the Canal du Midi and Vias beach.
Open-plan kitchen (fridge + freezer, gas hob + hood, oven, microwave, filter + pod coffee maker (Senseo), toaster, kettle, dishwasher, dining table (seats 4)), living room (HDTV, sofa bed) with access to north-facing terrace.
Bedrooms: 1 master suite (double bed 140x190, shower room, WC and washbasin), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190). All bedrooms can be darkened and have a wardrobe.
Shower room with washbasin and hairdryer, separate WC, washing machine.
Wooden terrace on two levels, one of which is covered: terrace furniture (table, 8 chairs) and electric griddle to enjoy your meals outside, 3 deckchairs.
1 private parking space.
Pets are not allowed.
No WiFi connection.
To be paid upon arrival:
Security deposit (EUR 500, bank imprint), tourist tax (EUR 0.86 / day / person aged 18 and over).
Utilities (water, gas and electricity) are included in the rental price.
End-of-stay cleaning and household linen are also included. Although cleaning is included, we ask you to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
