Maison Bonnefoy has been a family home for 3 generations that has kept the soul of the place while giving it a certain modernity. A place full of charm and character with its original floor in the living room and its wooden furniture and an owner who happens to be a quality painter! Gite in a semi-detached house comprising 2 other gites and 1 accommodation. On 3 levels with independent access comprising on the ground floor: an entrance, a bathroom (shower), separate WC, a living room-kitchen area opening onto a large terrace. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed / 1 double bed; 1 single bed / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm; 1 single bed 120 x 190 cm), hallway opening onto a balcony. 2nd floor: attic with a living room (library, games), an alcove closed by a curtain (2 double beds 160 x 200 cm), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Common ground. Private place for 1 car in front of the house. Public car park at 100m. The terrace, the enchanted room to indulge in the pleasure of reading, recharging your batteries or admiring the panoramic view! This semi-detached house, spread over 3 levels, is ideal for meeting up with friends or family. A large living room under the roof will delight children, many games and books are available to them. A cellar in the basement can store skis and bicycles. A stay in a mountain hamlet, far from the crowds!
